Menopause Café - Broadstairs

Aspire Health, Fitness & Wellbeing and Thanet Libraries are running a Menopause Café as part of their Women's Wellbeing initiative. The cafes will be held on the following dates (separate Eventbrite events will be created for each one as booking is essential and limited numbers apply)

• Monday 9th September, 7pm to 8pm
• Monday 14th October, 7pm to 8pm
• Monday 10th February, 7pm to 8pm
• Monday 10th March , 7pm to 8pm

The Menopause Café will be running as part of the Library's 'Know Your Neighbourhood project' which is a national initiative aiming to widen participation in volunteering and tackle loneliness. As part of this project Thanet Libraires will be collaborating with Sarah Rodriguez from Aspire Health, Fitness & Wellbeing and running a Menopause Café at Broadstairs Library on selected dates.

It will be a friendly and informal gathering to discuss all things menopause. Whether you're experiencing it yourself or supporting someone who is, this event is the perfect opportunity to share stories, ask questions, and find support. We'll provide a safe and welcoming space where you can connect with others who understand what you're going through. So grab a cup of coffee, relax, and let's talk menopause!
