About this Event
Menopause & How to Thrive in the Journey
With Deana Ghesquiere
There comes a season in a woman’s life when her body begins to whisper… and sometimes roar.
Menopause is not just a moment in time. It’s a transition layered, powerful, and deeply personal. It begins long before a final period and continues well beyond it. And yet, so many women move through it quietly, unsure of what’s changing or why.
On March 9, we gather for an evening of understanding, conversation, and connection.
This is a space to learn what’s truly happening in your body, gently, clearly, and without overwhelm. A space where your symptoms are not brushed aside, where your experiences are validated, and where your health story matters.
Deana will walk us through the stages of menopause with compassion and science woven together. You’ll begin to see how your unique history, lifestyle, and goals all shape this transition, and how the right support can make it feel steady instead of uncertain.
When a woman understands her body, everything shifts.
She softens. She strengthens. She trusts herself again.
And as always, our evening supports Halton Women’s Place, because when we care for women in every season of life, we build stronger communities for all women and children.
