MEND is AIESEC in Timișoara first edition of an event built around one simple belief: awareness alone doesn't change anything. Born from AIESEC's core purpose — peace and the fulfilment of humankind's potential — MEND exists because we've seen a generation growing more anxious about conflict, instability, and violence, without a clear way to act on it.
The experience unfolds in two parts:
Main Event (14 November) — a day dedicated to understanding the real causes of conflict and violence, through honest, high-impact keynotes from NGOs, AIESEC alumni, and business leaders.
Impact Lab (16–20 November) — a full week of hands-on workshops, from Design Thinking and non-violent communication to leadership, negotiation, and first aid, where participants turn what they've learned into a real project.
MEND isn't about leaving with more anxiety. It's about leaving with the tools, mindset, and confidence to actually do something.
