The Menagerie of the Imaginary Lantern Parade will illuminate the darkness with joy and light. Magically glowing lanterns created and carried by Gallatin Valley artists and community members will be accompanied by choral singers from the Bozeman Symphonic Choir, Threshold Choir, Women's Chorus, and Whittier Elementary Choir.
Anyone can make a lantern at home and walk in the parade (please signup on our website!) or just enjoy spectating. Please visit our website for details on making a lantern, parade day parking etc.
Free and open to all!
This event is presented with help from MSU School of Art Foundations and sponsored by Design 5 Landscape Architecture, Williams Plumbing and Sarah Day Real Estate.
In case of inclement weather the parade will be moved to Saturday March 1st.
