A supportive men’s group for real conversations about relationships, loss, purpose, and the hard stuff of life. 4-week in‑person group.About this Event
Real Conversations for Real Life - You Are Welcome Here
Men often find it difficult to talk deeply about the stuff that really matters - relationships, communication, sex, death, loss, parenting, family, meaning and purpose. These are the things that shape our identity, yet they’re often the hardest conversations to have. This group offers a supportive place to face these and other challenges with honesty, courage, and connection.
4-week, in-person group facilitated by Corey Worden, MA, LCPC
Core topics that may be covered:
- The “All‑or‑Nothing” Trap - How judgment and criticism create no-win situations
- Anger: What It’s Good For - A practical method for healthy emotional processing
- “Sorry. Not Sorry.” - Learning the 3 R’s of a real apology
- Integration - Bringing insights into daily life, purpose, and existential concerns
Whether you’re feeling stuck, isolated, or seeking personal growth, this group offers practical tools to help you develop as a human being.
