This one’s just for the guys. Whether you run, cycle, hit the gym, play sport, or just feel a bit stiff from work (or life!), Yin Yoga will help you slow down, stretch out, and release tension in the body.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a slower, floor-based style of yoga where we hold poses for a few minutes at a time. It works deep into the fascia (the body’s connective tissue) to help improve flexibility, joint mobility, and recovery. You don’t need to be flexible, and there’s no “pretzel” shapes — just a chance to unwind and give your body what it needs.

Men who’ve never tried yoga before
Active guys who want to improve recovery & flexibility
Anyone wanting to feel less stiff and more mobile
