A few people have asked about doing some dedicated focus sessions purely to work through syllabus, so we will start putting on these events more regularly.
This will be the first one we have done for a while and more to follow in the future.
This will be a 2 hour session focussing on either our Kickboxing syllabus, or an opportunity to start on the kick-jitsu syllabus for those wanting to add something new.
These will be slightly different from a standard session where the numbers will be restricted to a maximum of 12 ensure we can offer more time to everyone there.
The session will start at 9 and jump straight into the training, so it's advised to get there a little earlier to get warmed up etc.
Location tbc, but either Marlborough or Tidworth and depends on hall availability.
Cost is expected to be around £12 per person.
