Let’s gather and welcome each other at 9 a.m. and enjoy the Fellowship as we SHARE some informative material that provides some insight into the common causes and and reactions that are normal and expected reactions to lifes challenges and frustrations. It may be important to share this information with loved ones and others who may be concerned about the underlying cause of and reactions to (ones) anger.

LET’S join TOGETHER for insight and refreshments as we once again gather IN PERSONand share this information on understanding anger and what practical steps to take as we gain insight into one of our most powerful emotions.
