Men Hiking to Grow, Thrive, Heal, and build together

We will be hiking a moderately strenuous 3.0 mile adventure.

The hike will begin promptly at 8 AM est, please arrive no later than 7:45 AM. We will warmup and go over hike etiquette before we begin the hike.

Please wear shoes with with grip such as: hiking boots, hiking or trail shoes, or tennis shoes with grip.

$5 Parking fee required by the park.

- [ ] please dress according to the weather.

If you would like to take a dip or just place your feet in the water be sure to bring water shoes and a towel.
