Come along to our next HIKE - DIP - BBQ event on 27th April. This time for both men and women 18+We will meet in Conic Hill car park at 12 sharp, make our way up the hill together, before heading to Milarrochy Bay for a cold water dip and BBQ.
Please wear appropriate hiking clothing, bring swimwear and your own drinks (non-alcoholic). The hike can take anything between 1-2 hours up the way, and approx 45mins down. If you cannot complete the whole climb that is absolutely fine.
We recommend you consult your GP before engaging in activities like hiking and cold water therapy.
This is an adult only day, and please only bring your dogs if they promise not to fight with other dogs, and can be trusted around a BBQ.
If you need a lift, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Please let us know if you are coming so we can provide enough food.
