Information About Pageant:
• Pageant Date is Saturday May 17th, 2025 – Registration at 8:00am
• Location: Lighthouse Community Church in Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania
• Age Division Winners will receive a crown, sash, and trophy
• This is an open charity pageant with a no non-compete clause
• Admission to the pageant is a $5.00 donation towards International Fees/Travel Expenses for the United International Elite Pennsylvania Royality.
• Un-sportsman like conduct by parents or contestants will not be tolerated and will result in the removal of the contestant from the pageant
• The judge’s decisions are final. We will release score sheets at the end of the pageant to any parents/contestants who would like to receive them
• There will be two Charity Queens crowned:
-First Charity Queen is the one who brings the most monetary donation towards Alzheimer’s
-Second Charity Queen is the one who brings in the most donations for the Erie Humane Society
There will be a People’s Choice Queen. This will be $1.00 per vote. All proceeds will go towards International Fees/Travel Expenses for the United International Elite Pennsylvania Royality.
• All Optionals will be $10.00 each on top of your entry fee, you will also have the option to participate in all eight optionals for $60.00. There will be one winner per Overall Division. This is subject to change and may have one winner per age division if we have enough entered in optionals. All optional winners will receive a trophy.
• Each delegate will provide a raffle basket at registration of at least a $10.00 value. All proceeds will go towards International Fees/Travel Expenses for the United International Elite Pennsylvania Royality.
o Raffle Tickets will be $1.00 per Ticket or $5.00 for 10 tickets
• All fees are non-refundable. Unless pageant is cancelled or changes dates
• Children must always be with an adult
• We have the right to combine age divisions
• Contestants can reside in any state, this pageant is not restricted to Pennsylvania Residents.
• All pageant fees both entry fee and optional fees are due by April 10th by midnight. No late fees are allowed as we need to be given time to get all the prizes and pay for the venue prior to the date of the pageant.
• Referral Queen – This is for anyone who refers the most contestants to compete at our Memory Paws Pageant. To be considered for this Award, you must have at least 3 contestants entered and compete with your name noted as the referral when they register.
o The Referral Queen with get a special gift
• Early Bird Special for Entry Fee is $50.00 until February 1st, 2025, at Midnight, early bird fee must be paid by this date.
• Starting February 2nd, 2025, entry fee will be $75.00, all fees must be paid in full by April 10th, 2025, at Midnight.
• Age Divisions:
o 0 – 1 year Baby
o 2 – 3 years Tot
o 4 – 6 years Princess
o 7-9 years Jr Preteen
o 10 – 12 years Preteen
o 13 – 15 years Jr Teen
o 16 – 19 years Teen
o 20 – 25 years Miss
o 26 – 39 years Classic
o 40 – 49 years Elite
o 50+ years Legend
o A boy’s division may be added if enough interest is shown.
• Overall Divisions for Optionals:
o 0–3-year Tiny Division
o 4–12-year Little Division
o 13–19-year Junior Division
o 20-50+ years Senior Division
o These divisions are subject to change depending on optional entries per overall division
• Main Areas of Competition:
o Beauty / Evening Gown
o Runway / Fun Fashion
o Interview (All Age Divisions included except for Baby & Tot)
• Optional Competitions:
o Photogenic – Photo due at Registration
o Print Model – Photo due at Registration
o Purple Wear – Anything purple goes
o Animal Theme Wear – Any animal print or costume goes
o Talent – Talent can be no longer than 3 minutes
o Casual Wear
o Fitness Wear
o Spokesmodel – Speech about your platform lasting no longer than 3 minutes
