Memory Cafe is an inclusive space for people with memory impairments and their caregivers to nurture relationships, deepen community connections, and learn about resources.
Activities vary by session, incorporating physical, cognitive, and social exercises to promote overall well-being. During the activities, caregivers are welcome to attend a separate educational presentation.
Examples of activities include, but are not limited to:
Arts and Crafts
Music
Physical Sensory Activities
Exercise (e.g., Yoga)
Trivia/Memory Games
Light snacks and refreshments are also available!
