This is the first major fundraiser for the nonprofit, The Rhode Island Memory Cafes. The cafes are FREE to all Rhode Islanders living with dementia and their care partners, providing opportunities to cultivate social interaction, create uplifting moments, develop new friendships, and have FUN! The Gala will feature the music of The New Providence Big Band at the historic Rhodes on the Pawtuxet, for an evening of dining, dancing, and silent auctions. All proceeds will facilitate expansion to more communities throughout RI while supporting more individuals living with dementia.
