I have been working on a new album over the summer and will have an album release concert at The Jazz Bistro, 251 Victoria St. on Tuesday, October 22 at 8:30. The album has thirteen songs, all but two of which are originals. Most of the originals were written by me alone or by me in collaboration with Juno winning guitarist Tony Quarrington. There is also one new song that I co-wrote with legendary pianist and composer Gene DiNovi. Performing with me at the concert is the band with whom I recorded the album:
Morgan Childs – Drums, Jacob Gorzhaltsan – Woodwinds,
Peter Hill - Piano, Jordan O’Connor – Bass
and Tony Quarrington – Guitar.
I will have CDs at the concert but the album will be available for download at Bandcamp, Apple Music and the other usual sites from which music can be downloaded. The cover charge for music will be $20. Call Jazz Bistro at 416-363-5299 for a reservation. I hope to see you at the concert.
