5TH SEASON OPENING CONCERT

Join Westside Chamber Players for the opening concert of our 2026–27 season, featuring music by Sergei Prokofiev and Robert Schumann alongside a new work by NYC-based composer Luca Pasquini, WCP’s 2026–27 Call for Scores winner.

The program brings together three works that explore contrasting worlds of light, turbulence, lyricism, and transformation. Artistic Director and Conductor Julius Akira Mauldin is joined by NYC-based violinist Katie Butler as soloist in Prokofiev’s virtuosic First Violin Concerto.
