St David’s Hospice Memories Meadow will be returning this summer and will help us reflect and relive those precious times shared with our loved ones who are no longer with us. This year’s flower is a beautiful hand-crafted metallic Peony.
This year we will be hosting two events. The first taking place at Happy Valley in Llandudno on Sunday 5 July and then at Plas Newydd in Llanfairpwll on Sunday 12 July. The Peonies will be displayed from 9am on both days followed by an early evening remembrance concert with music and readings at 6pm.
Purchasing a Peony for £25 will help us continue to provide FREE palliative care for future generations.
