As part of our year-long recognition of Memorial Hospital’s 75th Anniversary, we’re excited to officially announce our Anniversary Celebration Event—a special day dedicated to bringing together our staff, families, and community to celebrate this remarkable milestone!🎈 Save the Date: Saturday, September 27, 2025 | 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Location: Memorial Hospital Campus, 1454 N. Co. Rd. 2050, Carthage, IL 62321
Join us for an afternoon and evening full of fun, family-friendly activities including bounce houses, face painting, petting zoo, games, and more. We’ll conclude the festivities with a breathtaking Water Lantern Festival and Glow Walk around the lake—a beautiful way to celebrate this milestone together.
Vendor Details:
We would love to have you join us as a vendor for this special event!
Each vendor will be allotted a 10-foot space around the lake
You must provide your own table(s), and chairs; electricity will not be available. Setup begins at 1:00 PM and must be completed by 2:45 PM (if you need more time to set up, please let us know)
Children’s activities will wrap up by 6:00 PM; vendors may begin teardown any time between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Short presentation will begin at 6pm
Water Lantern Festival/Glow Walk will follow
