Please share throughout out community in an effort to promote maximum participation:On behalf of Arthur E. Bouton Post 770, I am reaching out to encourage local community organizations to participate in the 2026 Memorial Day Parade.
The line up for the parade will occur at 9:30AM at the DPW (Near Farmers Market). This year we will march at 10AM from the DPW to Grove Cemetery.
The proposed line-up for the parade is as follows:
- Trumansburg Police Dept.
- American Legion Arthur E. Bouton Post 770 color guard and marchers
- Gold Star Families
- Scouting Organizations
- Trumansburg CSD Marching Band (as available)
- Poppy Princess
- Convertibles / Antique Cars
- Floats if any
- Fire Department
Please reach out to other organizations within our community in an effort to promote participation and bring more of our community together in remembrance of our fallen. Marching organizations will be added into the line up before the TCSD Marching Band.
Please volunteer as a speaker for this year's ceremony at Grove Cemetery.
