Please join Catoctin CrossFit and One Family Gives for a day of remembrance, celebration, and fitness as we perform the workout MURPH to honor those who gave all to protect our freedom. We will be running heats for the workout all morning beginning at 6am and continuing through 1pm. Please purchase tickets through the link provided and then register for whatever heat time you choose. Everyone is welcome to come, workout, hangout, and enjoy fellowship with their fellow patriots!
One Family Brewing will be serving up their award-winning brews and there will be some post workout snacks.
