Memorial Day MURPH Workout
Location & Times:
- 9:00 AM at THRC San Marcos
- 5:00 PM at THRC Downtown
Join us for a day of honor and strength as we commemorate Memorial Day with the iconic MURPH workout. This challenging yet meaningful workout is a tribute to Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
- The MURPH workout consists of:
- 1 Mile Run
- 100 Pull-ups
- 200 Push-ups
- 300 Air Squats
- 1 Mile Run
**Who Can Participate:**
- ALL fitness levels are welcome! Modifications will be available for those who need them.
**How to Participate:**
- Sign up at the front desk or on the app to reserve your spot.
- Bring water, a towel, and a positive attitude.
- Feel free to wear patriotic colors or your military gear to honor the occasion.
