Join us at Heritage Park in Mount Sinai beginning at 10 AM for a day of Murph challenges for all ages and lifestyles, including the traditional Murph, Mini-Murph, Strongman Murph, and Youth Murph, plus health and wellness vendors, apparel sales, food trucks, live DJ, the Avenue of America Parade of Flags, and more! This family-friendly event is free admission and open to all. Competitors receive a t-shirt with registration!
