Join us Monday, May 25th from 8–9:30am for our annual Murph workout, a Memorial Day tradition open to ALL fitness levels and the community.
Complete it full, half, quarter, or with a partner, we’ll scale it to YOU. Bands, rows, bike/row options available. Don’t let the numbers scare you, our coaching staff has you covered.
“Murph” honors Lt. Michael Murphy, who gave his life in service in 2005. This workout was one of his favorites.
