🇺🇸 Community Murph Challenge – Open to All 🇺🇸 Join us for a special community workout as we come together to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. While this event centers around the Murph Challenge, it’s about something bigger—supporting our fallen heroes, building community, and pushing ourselves with purpose.The Workout (Murph):• 1 mile run• 100 pull-ups• 200 push-ups• 300 air squats• 1 mile run
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or brand new, this event is for YOU. We’ll have plenty of modifications and scaling options available, so everyone can do it at their own pace.
