Members treat yourself to some cheeses from @galleriaburrata PLUS a Live Cheesemaking (Mozzarella) Show and some Beautiful Wine Tasting.Galleria Burrata are proud to share that all their dairy products are 100% Western Australian and made fresh daily in Perth. They only work with the highest quality produce and try to keep it local where they can. The team are deeply passionate about sharing the artisanal craft of cheesemaking and therefore incorporate it as a standard service. This combination allows them to give our members a unique and interactive experience you will not forget!
Tickets are for the Casaro Package & Wine Tasting $40pp which includes-
Assortment of roughly 200gr of cheese per person including 5 different types of cheese, assortment of 3 Italian salumi meats sliced freshly at the venue offering between 100-120gr per person, and fresh focaccia;
Mozzarella -> made live at the show
