Join us for an immersive weekend of riding and mindset coaching led by Janine Lamy. Whether you are a grassroots rider looking for fun, or aiming for British Dressage/British Eventing, this camp is designed to elevate your performance and confidence. Everyone is welcome!
Meet Your Trainer: Janine Lamy
Janine is an expert instructor specializing in flatwork, SJ, and XC. As a Centre10 Advanced Coach and a Licensed Accredited Flying Changes Mindset Coach, she specializes in rider confidence and performance psychology.
📅 The Itinerary
(Note: Timings are loose and subject to slight changes)
Friday: Flatwork Sessions (10am – 3pm) followed by an 'Off-Horse' Mindset Talk (4pm – 5pm).
Saturday: Morning Pole Work (9:30am – 12pm), Lunch, and Show Jumping from 1:45pm.
Sunday: Cross-Country (XC) sessions starting at 8:30am and 10am.
Groups will be organized by height:
60cm – 80cm
80cm+
🏠 Stay & Facilities
For the Horse: Stable included with your choice of straw or cardboard bedding.
For the Rider: Full use of the annexe (kitchenette/loo/shower) as our base for 3 days.
Accommodation: Your Lorry/Camping:
Total Cost: £320 (includes all coaching and stabling).
Third-Party Venue – Payment & Refund Policy
1. Deposit
A £50 non-transferable deposit is payable via MRL to secure your place.
If you cancel on or before 1 June 2026, £30 will be refunded (the £20 balance is retained to cover administration and booking costs).
2. Instalment Plan
Members may either:
Pay the remaining balance to the Faversham and District Riding Club bank account in full on 14 July 2026 of £270, or
Pay in two instalments:
£135 due 14 June 2026
£135 due 14 July 2026
3. Missed Instalments
If choosing the two-instalment option:
If the 14 June payment is not received by 20 June 2026, the place will be deemed forfeited.
If the 14 July payment is not received by 20 July 2026, the place will be deemed forfeited.
In these circumstances:
The £50 deposit will be retained in full.
If the club is able to fill the place, £30 of the deposit may be refunded (with £20 retained for administration costs).
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation on or before 1 June 2026
£30 refunded via BACS.
£20 retained for administration and booking costs.
Cancellation after 1 June 2026 but before final instalment (14 July 2026)
Refunds will depend on whether the place can be filled.
If filled, a partial refund may be made (administration fees will still apply).
If not filled, the member may remain liable for the outstanding balance.
Cancellation after final instalment (after 14 July 2026)
If the place cannot be filled (by either an FDRC member or non-member), the full camp fee may still be payable, as the club will already have incurred costs with the venue and trainer.
This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in discussion with the venue and trainer.
Important Notes
* Places are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
* Refunds are subject to the club recovering costs from the venue/trainer.
* All refunds will be made via BACS.
* Please ensure you are confident of availability before booking
