Take a Land Walk at Sharing Our Roots’ 163-acre regenerative farm and learn how they support 200+ immigrant, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ farmers and gardeners with equitable land access. The July Land Walk is centered around SOR’s Commons Cohort and will be led by Lucia Possehl, Commons Cohort Program Manager. Are you also interested in SOR's Emerging Farmers' Market? Stop by early or stick around after the Land Walk to peruse the variety of fresh vegetables, flowers, botanicals, and honey, all grown on Sharing Our Roots' land.
Remember to dress for the weather and bring water. The Land Walk will last 60-90 minutes and consist of light walking across unpaved, mowed terrain, with areas to sit and rest. Since Sharing Our Roots is a working farm, please keep pets at home. Please send any translation or accommodation needs to [email protected].
