Tournament Format• Two-Person Net Best Ball
-Teams must be comprised of one paid member and one non-member, no exceptions
• Handicaps: 100% GHIN or Verified League Handicap (GHIN used if both available)
- White tees optional for age 65+ Men
- Red Tees for Women
- Blue tees for everyone else
-Deadline for score entry will be Monday, August 18th (handicaps will be finalized on Tuesday morning, August 19th)
--Handicaps are netted out to lowest handicap player in the match
• Matches:
- 5 matches of 9 holes each team within your flight
- Each match is worth 9 points (1 point per hole)
- Live scoring will be available
- Most points won by any team in a match will be 7 points
• Flights:
- Flights determined by combined member/guest handicap, maximum of 6 flights
- Compete against only teams in your flight during initial 5 matches
• Advancement:
- Top 2 teams (and ties) from each flight qualify for the Shootout
- Wildcard Teams with the most points also qualify (number will be determined before tournament starts, based on number of teams signed up)
• Shootout:
- All qualifying teams tee off on Hole #1
- Handicaps determined by 25% of total team handicap
--Alternate Shot Format with each team switching players that tee off on odd and even holes (Not true alternate shot)
- If over 10 teams qualify, reduce to 9 teams after Hole #1
- Chip-off decides ties
--Except 1st place, that will be decided as sudden death playoff starting on hole #1
--Teams must switch players every time they are in a chip-off
- Pari-Mutuel Betting will be offered ($5 minimum, Win/Place/Show)
-- Winners receive 2025 Member-Guest Champion golf bags
Events & Extras
• Net Skins: Included for Rounds 1, 2, 4, and 5
• Lunch provided on Friday and Saturday
• Calcutta (Friday Morning):
- Teams auctioned off starting with pickem of whole field, then each division starting with highest handicap division first followed by individual teams
- Cash Payouts to 1st & 2nd place in each flight using money from that flight only
- 10% of proceeds donated to Bill Hird Foundation
- Team owner must give option to sell 50% to players of that team
- Notification and payment required before first shotgun start
- Professional auctioneer provided
• Bonus Payouts:
- High point totals from Day 1 and Day 2 ($200/team each day)
- Flag events provided by Sponsors, prizes to be determined

• 4:00 PM – Shootout Begins on Hole #1
$350 Team Entry fee covers: green fees, carts, skins, lunches, Shootout payouts, prizes, auctioneer
• Must be paid in advance by cash, check or member charge when signed up
• Does not cover Calcutta or Pari-Mutuel Betting (both of these are optional)
• Sign up in advance to ensure your spot (limited to first 36 teams)
• Tee Gifts given to each team
