For the first “Ten Songs (Plus One or Two)” session of 2026, Bob Dylan Center Director Steven Jenkins will celebrate the 60th anniversary of Dylan’s remarkable 1966 album “Blonde on Blonde” ahead of the similarly eclectic “Sooner or Later” concert that will do much the same at Cain’s Ballroom two weeks later. Rather than play the original album straight through, Jenkins will assemble a song-by-song alternative featuring “Blonde” mega fans such as Jeff Buckley, Cat Power, Robyn Hitchcock and Emma Swift, offering innovative renditions of “Visions of Johanna,” “One of Us Must Know (Sooner or Later),” “Just Like a Woman,” “Fourth Time Around” and other favorites. Dylan revisits many tracks at different stages throughout his career, dipping back into the album’s riches as recently as the reimaginings of “Shadow Kingdom.” Sixty years on, “Blonde on Blonde” continues to beguile and delight.Details:
