This is wonderful devotional featuring Gena Young Mabee of the Goodyear Stake, our State African American Outreach Committee Chair, and her father, Brother Gene Young.

Brother Young was among the first African American men to receive the priesthood following the 1978 revelation, and in 1979, the Young family became the first African American family to be sealed in the Oakland California Temple. Their experiences, faith, and testimonies are inspiring, and this promises to be an unforgettable evening.
