About this Event

You are all invited to join us for the AmeriHealth Caritas NC Region 4 Member Advisory Committee Meeting at the Garner United Methodist Church, located at 201 Methodist Drive, Garner, NC 27529, or via the attached Zoom link.

Please let us know if you will join us in person, so we are sure to have enough food.

YOU MUST Register and PROVIDE ANSWERS TO ALL QUESTIONS ON THE REGISTRATION TO RECEIVE YOUR GIFT CARD.

Only AmeriHealth Caritas NC members (16 years old and older) in attendance will receive a $50 gift card at the conclusion of the meeting.

If you need transportation to the event, please contact our Modivcare Transportation Vendor at 833-498-2262 & let them know that you need transportation to the AmeriHealth Caritas Region 4 Member Advisory Committee Meeting located at the Garner United Methodist Church - 201 Methodist Drive, Garner, NC 27529.

Please come to the rear of the church building and someone will be there to meet you.
