Melting Monday er en workshop, der støtter dig i at blive mere nærværende, mere sikker i dig selv og mere autentisk i dine relationer.
Vi introducerer dig til centrale tantriske praksisser, som kan blive en naturlig og meningsfuld del af både hverdagsliv og intime relationer.
I løbet af aftenen arbejder vi med:
🔸At sanse og udtrykke dine reelle grænser
🔸At sanse og udtrykke dine reelle behov
🔸Nonverbal kommunikation og leg
🔸Krop–hjerte-forbindelse
🔸At forfine og styrke dine sanser
🔸At lytte til og stole på din intuition
🔸At åbne hjertet
🔸Hvad der kendetegner en sund og bevidst relation
🔸Respekt og opmærksomhed i intimitet
Du kan forvente varm chai, blid kropskontakt som kram, øjenkontakt, hjertekontakt og kropsbaseret kontakt.
Vi vil grine, undersøge, udtrykke, meditere, connecte, reflektere, danse og arbejde med berøring — både at give og modtage.
Hver deltager er en vigtig del af fællesskabet, og alles grænser bliver fuldt ud respekteret.
Bevidsthed om grænser og evnen til at kommunikere dem er fundamentale for både frihed og dyb forbindelse.
Det handler ikke om seksuel aktivitet, og vi beholder altid tøjet på.

There is an introduction for new participants at 6:15 PM.
Melting Monday is a workshop that supports you in becoming more present, more secure in yourself, and more authentic in your relationships. We introduce core tantric practices that can become a natural and meaningful part of everyday life and intimate relationships.
During the evening, we work with:
🔸Sensing and expressing your real boundaries
🔸Sensing and expressing your real needs
🔸Non-verbal communication and playful interaction
🔸Body–heart connection
🔸Deepening sensory awareness
🔸Trusting your intuition
🔸Opening the heart
🔸Exploring what makes a healthy, conscious relationship
🔸Respect and attentiveness in intimacy
You can expect warm chai, gentle physical contact such as hugs, eye contact, heart connection, and body-based connection.
We will laugh, explore, express, meditate, connect, reflect, dance, and work with touch — both giving and receiving.
Each participant is an essential part of the group, and everyone’s boundaries are fully respected. Awareness of boundaries and the ability to communicate them are fundamental to both freedom and deep connection. This is not about sexual activity, and we always keep our clothes on.
Please note: Melting Monday is not a dating event. For safety and a sense of completion, we let each other go fully at the end of the evening.
