Welcome to the event page for Meltdown MMA Fighting Championships 13 and Meltdown Academy 1. These separate events will take place on 7th December 2024 at Thornbury Leisure Centre, Alveston Hill, Thornbury, Bristol. BS35 3JB.

Doors Open 5.30pm MFC 13 Adult Amateur and Pro MMA Show
Strictly for ages over 13. Full bar service & food will be available.

Meltdown Fighting Championships is run by Simon O’Brien and Paul Sutherland and the production team at Showtechs Production & Media and Fightworld TV. Our aim is to give up and coming fighters of all ages the best platform possible to find the future UK MMA stars. This will be a great day of MMA action showcasing some of the region’s best up and coming fighters as well as professional level fighters in the huge venue of Thornbury Sports Centre.

All bouts will be contested in our custom built 24ft pro platform MMA Cage with all production being done by Showtechs and Fightworld TV.

Please note that these are two separate events and the sports hall will be closed during the changeover period. If you would like to attend both events please select the discounted 2 event tickets.
