MELT and Sound Journey Meditation

It's time to relax, realign and heal.

First, learn how to MELT your fascia to move without pain and stiffness. Remove stress and tension before it becomes chronic pain. Every workshop is personalized by Mary for the group attending. It's a great opportunity to learn this powerful self-care technique.

Next, relax into a Sound Journey Meditation. In this guided meditation, the crystal singing bowls will align your body to its natural healing frequency, promoting deep, natural healing of the body. As an intuitive, Kristin tailors every sound journey to the specific needs of the individuals attending.

This event is indoors at Achieve Health and Wellness. Dress in comfortable clothing for the MELT portion of the evening. Some yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and chairs will be provided but feel free to bring your own to optimize your comfort. Space is limited so reserve your spot today.
