Melodious Sound Bath

Please bring a yoga mat, bolster, pillow, eye mask, blanket and/or whatever else you may need as you lie on the floor, while I take you on a healing and relaxing journey using guided meditation while playing a melodious healing sound bath. You owe it to yourself to lie back and allow your chakras to absorb the vibrations from the beautiful frosted crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments. If you would like to bring your crystals to be cleansed during the sound bath, please don't hesitate to do so. As a way to enhance your sound bath session, write down your affirmations and bring them with you to hold in your hand as you receive your healing and transmutation of energy. Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up. The doors will lock exactly at 3:00 p.m.
