Celebrate International Women’s Day in honor of the girls and women uplifted by AIF’s MANSI. Join us for an afternoon of high energy Indian and American pop music by Taal Mel and refreshments.

Proceeds benefit AIF's flagship public health program MANSI (Maternal and Newborn Survival Initiative). For further information, please contact [email protected]

About MANSI: AIF’s Public Health program Maternal and Newborn Survival Initiative (MANSI) is an award-winning, low-cost initiative bridging healthcare gaps for adolescent girls, young couples, mothers, and children under five in vulnerable communities across India.

Designed to reduce maternal and child mortality in inaccessible rural and impoverished areas, it utilizes a public-private partnership model to empower local communities to care for mothers and children, while improving the local health systems.

Pilot projects are underway addressing adolescent mental health, perinatal mental health and mental health of frontline health workers.

Since 2009, MANSI has served nearly 440,000 pregnant women and 320,000 newborns across over 9,000 villages in 7 states and union territories.

About AIF: The American India Foundation (AIF) is a 501[c][3] organization committed to improving the lives of India’s underprivileged, with a special focus on women, children, and youth. The Foundation does this through high-impact interventions in education, health, and livelihoods because poverty is multidimensional.
