Led by talented local Aboriginal Traditional & contemporary weaver, Debbs Robinson, this workshop promises an unforgettable experience filled with laughter, learning, and connection.
Discover the magic of weaving using locally harvested materials like flexible fruit tree branches, Lomandra grasses, bulrushes, strappy Watsonia leaves, and aged grape vines to name a few.
š What to Expect:
Learn the Art of Weaving: Experience a hands-on journey as Debbs shares her passion and knowledge of weaving techniques that have been passed down through generations. Create Something Unique: Craft your very own melon-shaped basket or sculpture using organic materialsāfeel free to bring some from your garden! A Perfect Day Out: Whether you bring friends, family, or your mumma, experience the joy of creating together! Weaving memories is just as special as weaving baskets.
