MELI is bringing culture, music, style, connection, and a sense of belonging to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway during Brickyard 400 weekend.

The Brickyard Block Party is a community centered experience curated to bring people from all walks of life together around one of Indianapolis’ most iconic racing weekends. Guests can expect creativity, shared experiences, and an intentional space rooted in cross cultural awareness and human connection.

This experience is part of MELI’s larger Brickyard Weekend cultural arc, designed to create access, visibility, and meaningful engagement around fashion, art, and motorsports.

Know Before You Go

Indiana Weather
Brickyard 400 weekend takes place in the heart of summer, so please prepare for heat, sun, and changing Indiana weather. Hydration is important, and guests are encouraged to bring water, wear sunscreen, and dress comfortably.

Heavy Traffic
The Brickyard 400 has recently drawn crowds of more than 70,000 fans to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, so surrounding traffic can be heavy. Please plan to arrive early, allow extra travel time, and follow IMS parking and entry instructions.

Lots of Walking
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is one of the largest sporting venues in the world, so guests should expect a good amount of walking throughout the day. Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended.

Race Day Sound
NASCAR Cup Series racing is loud, powerful, and exciting. Ear protection is recommended, especially for children or guests sensitive to loud sound.

Food and Beverages
Food and beverage options will be available throughout IMS. Guests may also bring food and drinks into the venue, but glass containers are not allowed, and coolers must follow IMS size guidelines.

Cooler Policy
IMS allows hard or soft sided coolers no larger than 18 inches by 15 inches by 15 inches. Glass containers are not permitted.

Parking
Parking and entry details may vary by lot and pass type. Guests should review IMS instructions before arriving and allow extra time for Brickyard 400 weekend traffic.
