Lindsay Kondel
Lindsay began her career in New York with Tommy Hilfiger before moving to Europe to design accessories for Esprit, driving sustainability and innovation. Since relocating to Australia in 2019, she has designed for Cropshop Boutique, Szep, and Saski, and served as Head of Design at AllFenix. At Stacked Studio, Lindsay leads creative direction and brand vision, ensuring every client’s brand is cohesive, strategic, and ready to thrive. She balances her role as co-founder with motherhood, guiding founders through the brand-building journey with clarity and creativity.

Christina Exie
Christina’s career spans from winning Project Runway Australia to launching her namesake demi-couture label, designing for Sneakerboy, and working as Senior Designer at Esprit’s Global HQ in Germany. She later founded EXIE, which within 12 months partnered with the largest footwear retailer in the Southern Hemisphere, becoming a leading athleisure brand. Today, as Co-Founder of Stacked Studio, Christina is known for her expertise in fit, sampling, and product development, ensuring garments move seamlessly from idea to production, all while balancing her role as a mum.
