Join us for our 4-day retreat at the Holiday Inn Melbourne/Viera Conference Center in Viera/North Melbourne, FL! Located at 8298 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne FL 32940 at the junction of Interstate 95 and Wickham Road. This exit is the mecca of dining and shopping experiences. Just a short drive away is 'The Avenues', a shopping area with a Michael's, a Hobby Lobby and tons of other stores and dining (way, way to many to list). If you're interested in dining a bit closer, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Bob Evans and Sonny's BBQ are all within a short walk or dine in the hotel restaurant.
This event starts on Thursday at 10am and ends on Sunday at 5pm. The crop room is open the until midnight on Thursday and until 2 am on Friday and Saturday night.
All attendees will receive a six foot table for cropping with power! Everyone receives a Welcome Gift and there are door prizes throughtout the weekend with our grand prize drawing held on Saturday night.
We also have numerous vendors that will be offering both products for sale and classes.
We will provide lunch on both Friday and Saturday. We will also provide water, ice and various snacks all weekend.
Hotel rooms are the responsibility of each individual/group and can be reserved once you have completed payment. Once we verify your payment was received, the link or code will be provided to you. Cost for a standard room is $149.00 per night plus taxes. Hot breakfast is AVAILABLE (not included or free) in the hotel restaurant or at nearby venues and complimentary parking and wifi throughout the venue. If you have special requests for the hotel, please communicate that with them far in advance, not when you arrive at the hotel. Often, requests cannot be accommodated at the last minute...like a special room or a room in a specific location. If room location is important to you, please make that clear when you reserve your hotel room.
All seats at this event are $225.00. A $50.00 deposit is required to hold your spot, or you may choose to pay in full. Deposit option will only be available until June 2024, afterwards, full payment will be required. Remaining balance due no later than November 1st, 2024. (Note: we do not offer any other packages, or day or partial-day rates, until the week before the event. If the event is not sold out, you may email us with a request for a day rate.)
