Notes: All Levels (Meisner experience recommended) | Ages 18+
ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:
A hands-on, 4-hour workshop that dives deeper into the core principles of the Meisner acting technique. Meisner trains actors to move their attention off themselves and onto their scene partner, so you can observe, listen truthfully, and respond to what's actually happening in the moment.

Whether you're early in your Meisner journey or building on past training, this workshop meets you where you are. You'll practice getting out of your head, trusting your gut, and reacting instinctively, and discover that the more you're simply doing, the less you have to try to do.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Arrive, meet Instructor Alanna, and settle in
2. Begin with observation and the foundational repetition exercise
3. Build toward specific behavioral and relational work, with personalized coaching
4. Wrap up with reflection, questions, and new tools for your scenes and auditions
