Mehregan 2025: Ancient Persian Autumn Festival

Mehr Foundation invites you to our fifth annual Mehregan Persian Ancient Autumn Festival. The event, free to the public, aims to highlight and celebrate our Persian culture and arts. As a nonprofit organization, our success relies on the many partnerships we have built through the years and new ones we hope to forge with organizations, companies, and individuals who share our passion and vision.

We invite you to be a for this year’s festival. Your donation will allow us to expand and improve our efforts, ultimately inspiring, educating, and uniting people through culture and art.

Our fifth annual festival takes place on Saturday, November 8th, at the San Antonio Main Library from 1 pm to 5 pm, with the theme “Persian Mythology.” Persia (Iran) has a history rich in literature and history. The lands were home to many great writers and poets whose works helped shape the history, future, and present day lives of Iranians. The festival will highlight some of these works of literature by highlighting the many mythological characters of Persian literature along with food, live performances and a vendor market.

Join us for an afternoon filled with music, dance, food, and fun, celebrating the ancient Persian tradition of Mehregan. Immerse yourself in the vibrant colors and rich culture of Persia as we come together to celebrate Autumn. Whether you're a seasoned Mehregan enthusiast or new to the festivities, there's something for everyone to enjoy at this lively event.

The festivities will include, traditional Persian dance, Persian live music, Persian food.

Location: San Antonio Central Library (600 Soledad St.San Antonio, TX 78205) located between Navarroand Soledad Streets.
