Have you ever met someone who instantly gets under your skin, even though you can't quite explain why? Or wondered why a personality trait that one person admires can completely frustrate someone else?
Join us for a friendly and interactive workshop exploring Carl Jung's fascinating concept of the "shadow" - the hidden aspects of ourselves that can influence how we see and respond to others. 🌗
Through engaging activities, group discussions and everyday examples, we'll explore why certain behaviours trigger strong reactions, discover that every personality trait has both strengths and challenges, and learn how approaching ourselves and others with greater curiosity can lead to more understanding and compassion.
This is not a therapy group, and you won't be asked to share personal experiences. Instead, it's an opportunity to learn something new, reflect on human behaviour, and enjoy meaningful conversations in a warm, welcoming environment.
