Have you had an experience with an angel before? Do you know your spirit guides names? Join Tori at the Connection Cove where you can get some of these questions answered! During this time together Tori will talk about what a spirit guide is and how many each of us have, and the different kinds of angels that protect us throughout our life. Then after a few written exercises, towards the end of class, you will be guided through a hypnosis introducing you to your guides and/or angels.**please bring a journal, pillow, blanket, and yoga mat**
