Meet Your Inner Child
About this Event
The most special relationship is the relationship you have with yourself. And your relationship with your inner child is an important part of that.
Have you ever wondered why you find yourself trying to please everyone, feeling the need to prove yourself, struggling to say no, or feeling like you're never quite good enough?
Why do certain situations trigger strong emotions? Why do similar patterns keep showing up in your relationships?
Some of these patterns may have roots in childhood — in the experiences, emotions, and beliefs we carry with us as we grow up.
Our childhood experiences can influence how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, how we receive love, and how we move through life as adults.
It's time to give that part of you some attention.
Why is this process so important?
Through my own personal growth and self-discovery, I began to understand just how deeply my childhood experiences, suppressed emotions, and beliefs were influencing the way I saw myself and experienced life.
As I began working with my inner child, recognizing those emotions, and allowing myself to process them, something shifted within me.
This work changed the way I relate to myself and the world around me. After this step, nothing was quite the same.
Now, I'd love to guide you through an experience where you can begin exploring your own inner child.
What will we explore?
During this two-hour workshop, we'll create space to slow down, turn inward, and explore the connection with your younger self.
Together, we'll use:
- Self-reflection and journaling to explore childhood experiences, emotions, and patterns.
- Guided meditation and visualization to connect with your inner child.
- Breathwork and gentle movement to support awareness and connection with your body.
- Creative expression and playfulness to make room for joy, curiosity, and spontaneity.
This isn't about blaming your childhood or anyone in it. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, recognizing patterns, and learning to meet yourself with greater compassion and care.
Who is this workshop for?
This experience is for women who:
- Often put everyone else's needs before their own.
- Struggle with boundaries or saying no.
- Feel they need to earn love, approval, or appreciation.
- Are sensitive to criticism or fear rejection.
- Notice repeating patterns in their relationships.
- Want to understand themselves and their emotions on a deeper level.
- Feel they've lost touch with their playful, joyful side.
You don't need to identify with every point. Sometimes recognizing just a few is enough to become curious about what lies beneath.
