Join Kansas City Star journalists to learn how to find the local news you need most using The Star's digital products including the app, Edition, newsletters and KansasCity.com.

Drop by our FREE Tech Support event anytime between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 14, at the Olathe Downtown Library, located at 260 E. Sante De St. We'll be in the 3rd Floor Creative/Art Room.

We encourage you to bring your own smart phone, tablet or laptop so we can help you troubleshoot on the device you are most comfortable using.

This event is free and designed for subscribers to stop by and have questions answered.

To avoid long waits and ensure we are able to help all attendees, please choose a timeslot when you reserve your ticket. You are not required to register or reserve a specific time, but reserving a time slot helps prevent long waits for support at the event.
