Fourth outing in our monthly walk series at one of my personal favourite trails. All are welcome. Will go rain or shine. - meet at the trailhead on University Ave close to where University Ave ends at Bridge St near Pillars Meats
- come for the socializing, plant identifying, and maybe some trail side nibbles depending on what we find and if it’s plentiful
- no foraging for take home please
- pretty easy hiking on natural trail surfaces with some unexpected uneven terrain, rocks, and roots. It is a longer out and back trail so the pace might be quicker. Some parts of the trail are not stroller friendly.
- be prepared for biting insects
- water and proper footwear recommended
