Come join our mycologist Tina Ellor in our growing exhibit to learn more about oyster mushrooms! We grow Pink, Yellow and Gray Oysters. All with their own unique texture and flavor. Oysters are HEART healthy making them a perfect mushroom to discuss in February. Hope to see you there.
