Join us for an unforgettable evening at Renault Winery as our own CCO, Melanie McCallen, hosts an intimate four-course chef’s dinner celebrating the art of holiday entertaining. Discover Melanie’s favorite tips and table-setting secrets as she shares how she brings warmth and magic to her own family celebrations.

Each course will be thoughtfully prepared by our Executive Chef and perfectly paired by our in-house wine expert, guiding you through flavors and pairings that will inspire your next holiday gathering.

• Candied Yam Arancini – whiskey marshmallow “fluff” dip
• Turkey Leg Confit-Stuffing Bites – sage, cranberry “ketchup”
• Festive Green Herb Deviled Eggs – sweet drop peppers, pickled mustard seed & dill
• “Christmas Tree” Pita Crisps – whipped goat cheese, rosemary & pomegranate
• Spinach & Artichoke Dip – golden glitter corn chips
• Welcome glass of American Champagne

• First course: Autumn Greens & Butternut Squash Salad (paired with Chardonney) – honeycrisp apples, dried cranberries, sweet pickled shallots, goat cheese, candied pecans, grilled cornbread crumble, olive oil, caramelized honey & apple cider reduction
• Second Corse: Renault “Drunken” Holiday Roast Beast (paired with Meritage)– cabernet-soaked beef spinalis ribeye, bacon, garlic broccolini, rosemary roasted fingerling potatoes & cipollinis, bordelaise
• Third Course: Eggnog Panna Cotta (paired with Blueberry champagne) – cognac-laced chantilly, pistachio tuille, raspberries

Refund policy: Tickets purchased will be refunded only when notice is given 48 hours before the event. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded due to holding and costs associated with the event. Ticket fees will not be refunded except for event cancellations made by Renault. In case of weather or other cause where there is a need to cancel or amend an event, Renault will contact the ticket holders via email by the morning of the event date. In the case of a "no show" by a ticket holder without prior notice given, tickets will not be refunded.
