Meet the Future 2025

Finding the right talent for your organisation is always a challenge, but what if some of the MOST TALENTED YOUNG PEOPLE were all gathered in one place ready to demonstrate why they could be your next star employee.

On March 7th the Business Hive, Franklin College and Tollbar Sixth Form will be launching Meet the Future, a twist on the traditional recruitment fair, where Students are the exhibitors inviting employers and all local businesses to meet them and see what they have to offer.

Twenty young people, all of whom have been learning about employment and considering what they want for their future, will have their own exhibition stand and stand ready with plenty of ambition and aspiration for their future. They will be hoping that Employers in North East Lincolnshire, whether they have vacancies right now or not, will be inspired enough to come and meet them and see for themselves the local talent that has chosen to stay and work in N.E.Lincs.
