We’re excited to officially share our Meet the Fleet event as part of Stonington’s Blessing of the Fleet weekend ⚓️
Join us Saturday, July 25 from 12–4 PM at the Town Dock in Stonington Borough for an afternoon celebrating our working waterfront, commercial fishing community, and maritime heritage.
The afternoon will feature:• Commercial fishing vessels & fishermen• Hands-on educational displays with NESS• Kids activities & fish prints• Maritime safety outreach• Live music from Soul Shot• Ninigret Nectars raw bar• Local waterfront organizations & community involvement
This event is all about bringing the community closer to the people and traditions that help keep Stonington’s fishing heritage alive.
